There's been a bit of confusion as to what's been implemented and what hasn't among some of my newer fans. As such, I'm putting together this list of things that have been implemented.
SPOILER WARNING
Features Implemented:
General:
Three scenes with Tamara
Romances with Angel, Jillian, Melanie and Kaylee
Enslaving of Karen, Courtney, Olivia, Melanie, Ginger, Naomi, Andriana and Stacy. Four presently unnamed characters are also enslaved but not yet properly implimented.

Three fight scenes.
-Training fight with Sasha
-Short fight with Karen, ending in one of four scenes.
-Long fight with Karen ending in one of three scenes.

Two scenes with Samantha's Trio
Week 4
Two fight scenes.
-Fight with Melanie ending in game over if you lose.
-Fight with Andriana with possible game over ending.
DIPLOMACY!
Scene with three possible endings with Melanie
Scene with two possible endings with Angel
Scene with Kaylee
Week 5
Three fight scenes.
-Group fight with Karen.
-Crop fight with Andriana
-Slumber party fight with Stacy

How do you get the Jillian and Angel romance to continue in week 6? I played the whole week talking to angel every day and nothing happened. Also the Elizabeth fight didn't occur, could this be a part of it?
ReplyDeleteI had a poke around in the code and I've worked it out! It's probably that you hit a glitch of sorts, where I forgot to write in some content. So that's gonna get fixed. If you've submitted to Karen and Samantha, the Elizabeth plot doesn't start because I never got around to working out how Lucy and Alison would ask you for help, and thus the Jillian date doesn't trigger.

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but I just found this game today. I played the game on the .614 patch and it stopped after the first fight with Karen, but I saw that all of these events had been implemented past that part. I really enjoyed the parts that I was able to play, so I was wondering if I had to download all of the seperate parts together or if I'm missing something. On another note, do you mind if I post a link to your blog on the tickletheater forum so that I can show them all your game?

Perfectly reasonable question. Up until 0.6 I was developing the game in RAGS. About half way through that I decided that RAGS was too limited and so took it upon myself to learn coding and make Shield High an independent game. So 0.6-0.7 is going to just be me updating Shield High to the new format. If you pick up 0.53 and the RAGS player to run it you'll get to see all the content on the list and then some because I am so lazy about updating feature lists it's not funny.

Ahhh, thank you for clearing that up. I'll download RAGS and check it out. I can't believe that you learned coding to update the game as well, thats some great dedication man.

ReplyDeleteThis game is fairly dead! I'm working on yet another new version however if it gets finished is totally unknown to me so to be safe just assume it's dead for now and maybe check back in a couple of months.
DeleteWell I would totes pay on patreon if I could but for some fucking reason it doesn't accept my ING card ;-; (Which causes me to be unable support other games I like as well) so yeah once I figure that out I would totes be supporting your patreon o.o/
